Pastors welcome to 2025 - Dave Food Prayer      - Juliet Najja
We step into 2025 with a sense of excitement in our spirits; many new foundations were laid at the end of 2024, with a move on Sundays to Strodes College, enlarging our capacity and impact. We see new visitors every week, and they stay and make us home, praising God.

So 2025 is full of opportunity for growth and impact as we prepare ourselves for the Tsunami of souls prophesied to the Church in August 2024 by Albert Sloman.

We have invested in technology, processes and people to prepare us for this next season through the website, our communications and our connections.

In 2025, we will be seeing new groups started, new ministries released, and people equipped and trained for the work of the ministry.

As people call us home and plugin, we want to help each person find a place to serve and grow, serving the King of Kings with their gifts, their talents and their time.

Prayerfully and prophetically stepping into our destiny as a church to reach the nations and touch hearts and lives.

With teachable hearts and graceful living, we will equip and train believers to impact their world with faith-filled lives, serving the broken and isolated and shining the light of Christ into the world wherever we find ourselves.

The world will be a better place because of what God does in us and through us.
As we come to the end of 2024, the RCF  Prayer Team is grateful to God, who has enabled us to steadfastly approach the throne of grace every Friday to seek guidance and His guidance.  By so doing, we're growing as a team/church and ministering to one another, and praying for needs as they happen.

We're experiencing breakthroughs for the church and for individuals, and by His grace and mercy, we have witnessed a church grow to the extent of needing to move to a bigger place of worship to make room for new members who are joining nearly every week. We have also witnessed some miracles, some of which have been recorded on our website. All is happening because we regularly meet to pray and share the word and testimonies,  trusting and patiently waiting on the Lord.

We're eagerly waiting and believing God to lead us into the new 2025 with confidence that He who began a good work will empower us to thirst for Him more and more and to keep waiting on Him in order to obtain mercy in our time of need and to acquire more knowledge of Him as the bible says that my people perish for lack knowledge Hosea 4:6.

Please be encouraged to join us to seek God and pray for the nations and for God's will and plan to be fulfilled, a day at a time.

Blessings to you all. May God bless you and cause His face to shine upon you always and cause you to know Him more and more in the name of Jesus.

God’s Faithfulness in Our Student Group: Reflecting on the Past Year and Stepping into the New Year

Looking back on the past year, it’s incredible to see how God has moved in our student group at RCF. His presence has been felt in moments of celebration, growth, and even in times of challenge. We have witnessed His hand in our lives, shaping us, guiding us, and drawing us closer to His heart.

One of the most profound aspects of the past year has been the way God increased students in our church. We’ve seen friendships strengthened, new relationships formed, and deep, meaningful conversations about Jesus among us. God has used each one of us, with our unique stories and struggles, to build a stronger and more vibrant student group. We began weekly bible studies, pressing into God's word and encouraging each other each week on new challenges in faith.

As we enter the new year, we are filled with anticipation for what God will do next. We expect new opportunities to serve, to grow, and to deepen our relationships with one another and with God. Our prayer for the upcoming year is that we would continue to seek Him first, that He would guide our steps in our University atmosphere, and that we would be bold in living out our faith on campus and in the world around us.

We trust that God will continue to move in mighty ways as we step into this new season together. Let’s hold fast to His promises, encourage one another, and walk confidently into the future, knowing that He is always with us. Here's to another year of seeing God move in our lives!

We sometimes find people who join us may have needs we can help with; the pastoral team pays attention to those who may be new to the Church family, trying to help where we can.

We had one gentleman who joined us in recent years who has gone from a place of sofa surfing to having a flat of his own, a full-time job, and now a car; praise god for His provision.

Sometimes, people's needs can be complex and time-consuming. I thank our pastoral team, particularly Julie and Leticia and others who have gone the extra mile many times in this last year.

We have prayerfully been able to connect people with need and seen miraculous provision both in terms of timing and content.

This team will grow throughout 2025 as we connect with more people, have more people willing to serve and see God place in our hands resources that He has for us to share.

We are proud to actively support and host a Food Bank in Egham and a Citizens Advice drop-in point; we are looking to increase our community engagement by working with the Police.

We will train and equip many more to serve our community in love through community projects and outreach monthly on Saturdays in the good weather months.

We will also be supporting with advice and guidance those who are new to the UK as home with advice to ease them in settling in and making Runnymede home.

Our Spanish-speaking prayer group.
The Nations - Dave Food
Our prayer group was born in the middle of COVID-19 as a result of the number of family members and friends affected by the pandemic back in our Latin American countries.

Long after COVID was over, we realized the importance of remaining as a group of intercessors as people kept asking us to pray for all sorts of needs (i.e. health, finances, relationships, legal issues and salvation ). We have seen the power of the Holy Spirit and our Lord Jesus backing up every prayer through miracles and prayers being answered.

Our group has evolved into a discipling group with new members joining since we started 4 years ago. Having new members in the group has been an opportunity to teach them about the faith foundations,  guiding them through their spiritual journey and reinforcing the importance of prayer in our lives. Currently,  we have people from Mexico, Venezuela, Spain and Ecuador.

The Spanish-speaking prayer group meets online on Saturday evenings at 8:00 pm UK time.

In 2025, we pray for this group to remain faithful to His calling and extend the opportunity to serve and give hope to those going through challenging times.

We are a multinational Church, and we are becoming more nationally diverse each month; currently, we are more than 22 nations in our Sunday meetings.

Reflecting on this, we now translate our weekly blog into SpanishHindiChineseTamil, and Telugu, with other languages to follow.
We become more multinational every month, possibly a glimpse of heaven as cultures sit side by side in Church, most readily evidenced at our monthly fellowship feast where the spread is wide and varied (watch out for the chillies.)

We have online members in a number of nations now as many look to stay connected with us, even after they have moved away from the Egham area.

We encourage those who want to call us home, to pray, to give and serve do so, whether as part of a face-to-face experience or an online remote connection.

You will see on Sundays the flags we display as part of our Sunday worship grow as we display our diverse nationalities and our prophetic heart for the nations.

We now have the ability for people to watch our livestream with their own language subtitles.

Social Media - Salma Qureshi Finance - Rob Yalley
Our social media presence has grown stronger this year—praise God for His guidance and provision! With tools like PROMO Video and Buffer, we’ve been able to create and schedule engaging posts across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the church website. Using a shared Google Drive for photos and videos captured during services and gatherings, we’ve brought moments of worship and fellowship to life online for everyone to see.
We’re also thrilled to have a Canva Pro subscription, which has helped us design beautiful templates for weekly memory verses, event invites, and other posts shared on WhatsApp and social media. These posts have reached people across the globe, spreading the good news and inspiring many to join us in person and call RCF their spiritual family.

Through our social media outreach, we’ve received prayer requests from far and wide, creating a space for believers to unite in prayer no matter where they are. We give all the glory to our Almighty God for this fruitful year and wish you all a joyful and blessed New Year!
2024 has been an eventful year for RCF in all areas of the church’s life. One such area is the finances of the church.
Comparing the finances of 2024 with that of 2023, there has been a significant increase in income received. The comparison is based on the period from April to November of both years. This is because the December 2024 figures are not available yet.

In the area of Tithing, the amount received in 2024 was £16,628 compared to £9,631 in 2023 over the same period (April to November). The Gift Aid Income received in 2024 was £4,921 compared to £4,596 in 2024. (Let us encourage you, if you can, to Gift Aid your donations, which is better for you and for the Church)

The overall income from April to November period was £33,217 in 2024 compared to £23,585 in 2023.

As 2024 comes to a close, we are confident in the Lord that 2025 will see RCF manifest the prophecies that have been pronounced over it, and all areas of the church will grow.

Arise and Shine (Ladies Group) - Leticia Hermoso Band of Brothers (Mens Group) - Dave Food
We closed our 2024 activities over a Christmas breakfast with Thanksgiving in our hearts for the Lord‘s faithfulness in our lives.
The primary purpose of our group is to fellowship, encourage and pray for each other in a safe environment.

Our group has grown by the grace of God to nearly 40 registered members, who alternate between online and face-to-face monthly sessions.

Plans for 2025 include a half-a-day with Valerie Byrd on May the 10th and an away day in October, so watch the space !!!
Our Mens group has grown in momentum in 2024, with our first Mens Awayday since COVID, when Albert Sloman came and challenged us to step out in faith with God.  With boldness and confidence like we have never known before.
As we start off 2025, we do so by redeeming our workplaces and taking our faith to work to make a difference wherever we are.

In 2025, we will start social evenings every quarter whilst also going away on an away or to join a men's conference.

When we gather on the first Saturday of the month our breakfast is healthy, varied and filling, come and join us.

It has been an incredible year overflowing with God’s abundant grace and provision! We’ve witnessed the power of answered prayers as new members joined the worship team, bringing fresh energy and passion. The advancements in technology have been a blessing, enabling the team to elevate their service to God even further.
We’re thrilled to have Cerys and Angel contributing their gifts to the team—Cerys and Angel are on the keyboard and leading worship. Cerys has also embraced the opportunity to assist with youth fellowship and Bible study, and she led worship at Royal Holloway University, inspiring the student community. Meanwhile, Angel has been a light in her college, taking on leadership roles and representing RCF excellently.

Our move to Stordes College has expanded our vision and raised our faith as we look forward to 2025 with great anticipation. We’re preparing our hearts and efforts to embrace the tsunami of souls that God is bringing into His kingdom. Let’s keep pressing forward with joy and expectancy!
The Tech setup for the PA and Broadcasting systems has had some major upgrades, starting with adding a Digital mixer, which enabled us to have 16 input and multiple output channels. This was a huge leap for the church compared to our four previous inputs. We could adjust numerous parameters on both vocals and the musical instruments, like EQ and compression, which provided a better audio quality for both people attending in person and the online audience, which we could not do with the previous system. God has provided us with battery-powered PA speakers, which can be used for church services as well as for outreach. The recent addition of a Subwoofer has enhanced the audio quality in the room.

The online broadcasting system (OBS) has been replaced by a physical, more powerful video switcher, the Black Magic Design Atem mini pro, which has enabled us to improve the quality of the live stream by reducing the load on the church presentation computer. We have also added ambient lighting. The tech team has evolved significantly from last year in terms of equipment and an increased number of volunteers helping with the set-up and the functioning of the system.

Church on Sunday at Strodes College, Egham

welcome 2

Our Sunday service starts at 11:00 a.m. and typically lasts about 90 minutes.

We start each service with lively worship with songs from around the world, followed by inspired Bible-based teaching. All our sermons are recorded and are available as a podcast after the service.

We have a monthly cycle of Sunday services, with our Communion Service being on the first Sunday of each month and an All-Age All-Nation Service on the second Sunday of each month. Our other Sunday services include Spirit-focused and teaching services.

We have consciously adopted being a blended church that is both for those online and face-to-face. You are welcome to join us on Livestream or via Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, or X (Twitter), or you can catch up and watch the recordings later.

Joining us in person

Visiting a new and unfamiliar church for the first time can be intimidating, but we want to ensure you feel welcome and enjoy your time with us. A friendly face will be waiting to meet you at the entrance and welcome you.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for coffee and prayer. Our Sunday Service starts at 11:00 a.m. and typically runs for about 90 minutes, normally followed by tea and coffee.

Our Sunday Morning Service is now held at Strodes College, Strodes College Lane, Egham, TW20 9DR, which has plenty of Parking. Click on the link for directions to RCF.

The car parking area is a public area, so please ensure that your children are under your control and that, for their safety, they do not run around in the car park.

Visiting with children?

Everyone is welcome at RCF. We encourage everyone, young and old, to join the service. We have Sunday School, which starts after worship and runs during the sermon for 30 to 40 minutes for children aged 4 to 12. On the second Sunday of each month, we have a shorter All-Aged All Nations Service, where the children stay for the worship and the sermon.

We chat over coffee and biscuits after church on the first, third and fourth Sundays. If you want to get more acquainted, why not join us for a Sunday lunch with some of our members? The meal is on us! Please contact us and let us know. We would love to share a meal and get to know you better!
